Zooplus hosts a pan‑European event in Munich with more than 1,000 employees

Zooplus, the European ecommerce platform for pet food and pet care, is bringing together more than 1,000 employees this week at its Munich headquarters. Over 500 team members are travelling from Madrid, Krakow, Vienna, Wroclaw and London, reflecting the company’s multinational structure and its presence across more than 30 European markets. Zooplus works with major industry brands, including Royal Canin, Purina ONE and Hill’s Pet Nutrition.

The programme features interactive drop‑in rooms focused on agentic ecommerce, customer centricity and order fulfilment, all core areas within Zooplus’ operational and strategic development. A limited‑capacity “build your own AI agent” workshop is also included, designed to explore practical applications of artificial intelligence in process optimisation and customer experience.

The event also includes a live Townhall and a Summer Party, providing an opportunity to strengthen internal cohesion and acknowledge the work of the teams supporting daily operations across Europe.

With more than 25 years of experience, Zooplus continues to reinforce its position as a European online pet‑product platform, combining technological innovation, category expertise and a distributed talent network across the continent.
