Iberzoo+Propet 2026: a landmark edition

Iberzoo Propet 2026 has closed its doors at IFEMA MADRID after an edition that once again exceeded all expectations and confirmed the strong momentum of the pet care industry in Spain. From 11 to 13 March, Hall 10 hosted the leading business platform in southern Europe for the professional pet sector, driven once again by AMVAC and AEDPAC, the two main industry associations. The event set new participation records, reinforcing its position as an essential meeting point for professionals, brands and distributors.

A total of 302 exhibiting companies (11% more than in 2025) and over 1,200 brands showcased their latest solutions, products and trends. International participation also grew significantly, with 76 companies from 18 countries, highlighting the fair’s expanding global reach. The exhibition area reached 9,975 m², 3.5% more than last year, reflecting the dynamism of a sector which, according to AMVAC, generated €36.681 billion in 2025 and more than 400,000 direct and indirect jobs.

The fair once again enjoyed the support of the main associations in the sector, alongside a full programme of parallel activities. Highlights included the VetMadrid Congress, the 8th AEDPAC Forum and the well‑established Sector Afternoon, where the Iberpet Awards were presented and AMVAC and AEDPAC shared their annual industry reports.

As a visual complement to this year’s edition, Pet Food Media has prepared a video featuring a selection of images from some of the stands present at the fair, now available on our YouTube channel.
