She began her career developing new pet food technologies and later held senior leadership roles at Mars Petcare and BARK, building deep expertise in bringing innovative products to market and developing high-performing technical organizations.
Throughout her career, Laura has led global innovation programs, commercialized category-defining products, and built R&D capabilities that support business growth. She is the inventor of TEMPTATIONS™ cat treats and holds three patents, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of business strategy and commercialization.
Today, through PetSpark, Laura advises pet food companies on innovation strategy, product development, and R&D operating models while helping scientists develop the business leadership skills needed to create greater organizational impact.
