Fabrizzio Valdés

Fabrizzio Valdés Rebolledo is a veterinarian and PhD student in Nutrition and Food at the University of Chile. His career combines academic and practical experience at the Animal Encapsulation and Nutrition Laboratory, where he worked as a research assistant and later as laboratory manager for more than three years. He has participated in scientific projects, such as the isolation of lactic acid bacteria in Antarctic penguins, and in technology outreach initiatives, such as BuscAves.
